• 开篇：红色浙兴里

       浙兴街区位于上海市虹口区东部，东起溧阳路（原狄思威路），西至邢家桥北路，南为海伦路。街区内保存有300多幢上世纪20~30年代建造的民居，主要由“浙兴里”（新式石库门里弄）、“兴业北里”（英国殖民地外廊式花园住宅）及部分日式花园洋房组成。浙兴街区是中国最早的中资房地产业（浙江兴业银行）在上海发展的历史见证，不仅传承了上海特有的海派弄堂文化，同时还包括了丰富的革命与历史文化遗迹，是许多进步人士、革命家及日侨中产阶级的聚居地。

         Zhexing-li block lies east in the Hongkow District. The bolck is east to Liyang Road (formerly Dixwell Road), west to Xinjiaqiao Road North and south to. There are more than 300 old building of 20s and 30s of last century. Among them are Zhexing-li, North Xingye-li and some villas of Japanese style. This block is is the witness of early Chinese real-estate company, Zhejiang Xingye Bank, her glorious past. This block is rich of shanghai lilong touch as well as many revolution relic. Many Japanese middle-class once lived in this block.
